Custom Cabinet Doors

Flat Panel Flat Panel doors are constructed with a solid 2 ¼" x ¾" hardwood frame. The panel is ¼" veneered MDF or veneered Particleboard to minimize warping.

Raised Panel Raised Panel doors are all solid hardwood. A 2 ¼" x ¾" hardwood frame surrounds a solid ¾" hardwood panel. The panel is floating to adapt to the different seasons of year and varying humidity.

Shaker Shaker is offered in both Flat Panel and Raised Panel construction. The Raised Panel is an inverted solid hardwood panel that has been milled down to ½" in thickness.

Mitered Offered in Flat Panel and Raised Panel, Mitered doors are offered in many stile and rail profiles. Most of these profiles allow for a Black Highlight type of finish.

Specialty Specialty doors are offered in Flat, Raised and Inverted Panel. With the Specialty door you are able to choose from several outside edge profiles along with different panel profiles. The Inverted Panels may have accent routing added in the shape of v-groove or beaded grooves.

Laminate Two different types of laminate doors are available. One type uses a Rigid Thermal Foil applied to a ¾" MDF panel with a Melamine back. The RTF doors are available in Raised Panel, Flat Panel and Slab. The second laminate door is a slab door with Thermalfused Melamine applied to both sides of a ¾” industrial grade particleboard. The edges are square with matching PVC edge banding applied.
